Full Process Manufacturing In-house

we operate a family-owned factory in Dong Guan, China and are joint venture partners in two other factories, giving us expertise across many different types of production: complex precision die casting, high pressure stamping, laser cutting, CNC lathe engraving, etc.

Our factory has complete jewelry production equipment, such as 2 laser machines, 5 polishing machines, 2 laser welding and laser printing machines, and 1 CNC engraving machine. It is especially important that half of the skilled workers have worked in our factory for more than 3 years, and together we have developed extensive and time-tested manufacturing rules, which allow us to quickly and efficiently connect the process and always maintain stability.

Whether it is material suppliers, accessory suppliers, or gemstone suppliers, we have maintained a good cooperative relationship since the beginning. They not only understand our quality standards, but also provide quick response for our production. They are partners and friends.

This robust infrastructure allows us to scale production for large orders while maintaining the high standards of craftsmanship, making Teemtry a reliable partner for jewelry brands of all sizes. Even so, we still tirelessly review the quality of our products at every stage of production so that our customers receive not only good things, but great works.

Understand How Your Jewelry is Made

CORE MATERIAL
Thanks to its super durability, hypoallergenic, non-tarnish, and affordability,
Stainless steel jewelry has become increasingly popular in recent years, first and foremost, it’s the material.

304 Stainless Steel

304 stainless steel is the most commonly used grade in commodity production. It has great waterproof, rust-proof and rust-proof capabilities, and is affordable. At the same time, due to its good plasticity, it is the best material for waterproof jewelry.

316 Stainless Steel

Due to the addition of molybdenum (precious metal) in its composition, 316 stainless steel has stronger corrosion resistance and higher hardness. Therefore, in jewelry making, it is not only more expensive, but also requires the shape design to meet certain conditions.

100% Recyclable

With our fully monitored supply chain, we are able to make sure the stainless steel we use is more than 60% recycled. The strict manufacturing process makes sure that later the jewelry made can be 100% recyclable.

MOLDING TECHNOLOGY
Thanks to its super durability, hypoallergenic, non-tarnish, and affordability,
Stainless steel jewelry has become increasingly popular in recent years, first and foremost, it’s the material.

CNC Machining

The jewelry design will be imported into the cutting software and matched with the software cutting machine. After that, the stainless steel plate can be cut into specific shapes and sizes for jewelry making: whether you need bold cutting or delicate hollowing effect.
CNC machining is a modern prototyping process that creates intricate shapes, designs, and complex patterns with high precision. The machine keenly follows the CAD instructions, making sure each piece is produced with exact measurement and zero error. it is very essential for jewelry that requires aligned symmetry, such as rings and earrings, where small mistakes can impact the overall jewelry.

Stamp Forming

Using advanced hydraulic presses, not only can you get high-quality jewelry with a handmade feel, but also reduce the cost of a single product through large-scale production. However, in order to obtain the stamping effect, in addition to the accurate control of the equipment, the more critical thing is the mold maker's amazing carving of the original mold.
Stamping technology is often used to make parts between 2D and 3D, which have the texture of three-dimensional relief and are not cumbersome and complicated after multiple welding, such as various pendants, bracelets, rings, etc. After polishing and even bending, the luster and appearance of jewelry can be enhanced to a higher level.

Die Casting

Die casting is a process based on making molds, so jewelry design can be more flexible and precise. Through 3D graphic design, the wax mold is created by a wax injection machine.
After melting and pouring stainless steel into the mold, complex three-dimensional shapes and exquisite jewelry designs can be created for rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets and various types of jewelry. Finally, it is hand-polished by experienced craftsmen to obtain a smooth surface and eye-catching luster.

SURFACE TREATMENT
Thanks to its super durability, hypoallergenic, non-tarnish, and affordability,
Stainless steel jewelry has become increasingly popular in recent years, first and foremost, it’s the material.

Polished

Polished finish is better known as mirror finish, which means a highly reflective and glazing bright surface for the jewelry, just like the mirror. Raw stainless steel jewelry pieces need to go through electropolishing to brighten up their color first, as well as to flatten the smaller parts that human hands cannot reach. Rolling tube and polishing wheel will be later applied to create perfect mirror finish.

Brushed

Brushed finish is also called satin finish which involves machines and human hands for polishing to produce a sleek and smooth jewelry surface with lines or “grain” on top. Well-proportioned and consistent lines all pointing in the same direction are fundamental for brushed stainless steel jewelry. To achieve this, the Teemtry experts manually check and retouch every jewelry piece after the machine’s done its work.

Sandblasted

Sandblasted jewelry has a particularly matte & rough surface. It does not reflect or shine. Certain abrasives are shooted onto the jewelry surface by compressed air through a blower to make the sandblasted finish. We can adjust the grit(abrasive) size to create patterns of different densities.

Hammered

Hammered finish jewelry has a surface that is not perfectly even, which reflects soft and mild light. This finish resembles the effect of water ripples. It can be matte or highly glossy. Through the consistent punching by machines on the surface of ready-made stainless steel, hammered finish is created with speed. Machine work makes sure the patterns are identical on every jewelry piece. The high efficiency and mass amount compact to help cut cost dramatically.

Enameled

Enamel means a glossy finish that adorns jewelry pieces with an array of intricate patterns, dynamic designs, and captivating colors. Enamel jewelry is an art form that combines the strength and durability of metal with vibrant colors. While the traditional enamel making process involves powdered glass/gemstones, we use resin that combines both versatility and affordability, creating jewelry with vivid colors and reasonable price.

PVD COATING
PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a thin film coating process used for stainless steel jewelry.
The process is carried out under high vacuum conditions at 150 to 500°C, creating a hard, scratch-resistant surface, protecting the underlying stainless steel from wear and tear. In addition, it is absolutely environmentally friendly.

Absolute shine, longer lasting

Unlike traditional electroplating, PVD has a protective titanium nitride (TiN) layer between the stainless steel and non-ferrous metal surfaces to prevent chemical reactions with air and water. The TiN layer significantly reduces the possibility of scratches and damage, allowing the jewelry to maintain its original appearance for longer.

Two-year warranty, worry-free after-sales

The PVD coating on jewelry can produce a mirror-like effect, giving stainless steel jewelry a luxurious look; and PVD-coated jewelry can last for several years even with frequent wear. In contrast, electroplated jewelry usually starts to fade after one year.

NATURAL STONE SETTING

Our designers pay special attention to the quality of the natural gemstones selected for their works. Craftsmen carefully sort the gemstones cut into different shapes and then string or set them by hand.
Lapis lazuli, jade, rose quartz, coral, turquoise and many other wonderful gemstones form a series of bright colors, especially against the metallic luster of the mirror effect, each piece of jewelry looks gorgeous and romantic.
Whether it is a monochrome style of jewelry or a multi-color mixed style, it is always easy to surprise consumers.
